Wendy Ortiz

Wendy is an absolute godsend. She was there for me every step of the way, especially through the negotiations phase. She was on top of every aspect of this transaction up to recording. This was a long time coming, and I cannot thank her enough. Looking forward to this new chapter in my life and my kids' lives. Thank you, Wendy!

Wendy helped me purchase a home; I'm from out of town. She was able to answer any questions I had, making me feel confident in the purchase without seeing the home. When I finally arrived to see it, I was pleased. She also assisted with recommendations for other things.

Wendy is the consummate real estate professional. She has an uncanny way of building relationships with people during the sales process to facilitate a smooth transaction. I recently had a complex deal; she was able to keep everyone calm and find a solution to many issues. I will get my buy-and-sell side every time.
